Description: [0001] The invention relates to a door sealing system according to the preamble of claim 1.
There are a variety of floor seals for doors known. Simple embodiments are sliding seals, which are mounted laterally on the door or in a door groove. Furthermore, magnetic seals are known. In addition, automatically or automatically lowerable mechanical door seals, as described, for example, in EP 0 338 974 A, have also proven successful.
According to EP 1 122 394 A, such a lowering seal is arranged in a door groove and screwed at both ends with a mounting bracket to the door. EP 2 055 888 A discloses a mounting bracket having a retaining lug for engaging an opening of a housing of the seal.
EP 1 486 639 A discloses a fastening means for a door seal, which is designed like a clip and is fastened by means of nail pins in the door groove.
The known door seals are each arranged in the door groove, that their ends are aligned with the corresponding end face of the door leaf. When the door is closed, however, there is a gap between the door frame and the door, the so-called chamber dimension. This area is not sealed by the door seals. Especially with PVC profile doors this chamber size is relatively large. Typical dimensions are 14 mm.
It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a door seal system which improves the seal in the region of the chamber dimension.
This object is achieved by a door seal system having the features of claim 1.
The inventive door seal system has a door seal with a housing and a fastener. The fastening element has a first leg for fastening a first end region of the housing to a door leaf. According to the invention, the housing protrudes in the intended assembly with this first end of the first leg.
The housing can be fixed, for example, in a groove of the door leaf or on an end face. Preferably, the first leg bears against and is fastened to a lateral, preferably the outermost end face of the door leaf.
The door seal can be mounted on the door protruding and the chamber size can be bridged at least partially. If such fasteners are arranged on both sides of the door seal, it protrudes from the door leaf on both sides. The two fastening elements are preferably identical.
The door seal can also be formed on one side above by using an inventive mounting bracket on one side and another fastening means on the other side, as it is known for example from the above-mentioned prior art. It is also possible to use a stop in the sense of EP 2 055 888 A instead of a first fastening means.
The first leg may be attached to the housing or formed integrally therewith. Preferably, however, the fastening element is a mounting bracket with two legs, said first leg and a second leg, which is held in the intended assembly on the housing. It can simply be inserted, plugged or otherwise fastened. Preferably, the first and second legs are arranged approximately at right angles to each other.
If the first leg has at least one hole for a screw or a nail, it can be fastened in a simple manner.
The second leg is frictionally or positively locked to the housing of the gasket. The Austrian Patent Office AT 12 786 Ul 2012-11-15 is binding. For example, it may be bolted to the housing. It can also be welded or glued to the housing. It can also have a retention nose according to EP 0 255 888 A, which engages in a corresponding opening of the housing of the seal. In a preferred embodiment, however, the second leg has an upper and a lower bracket, between which a wall of the housing is held. Preferably, this wall is slidably held. However, the two brackets can also be designed to be clamped. Preferably, the temple are plate-shaped.
Preferably, the mounting bracket is integrally formed. It can be made of metal, plastic or other suitable material.
Preferably, the mounting angle consists exactly of the first and the second leg, wherein the first leg is plate-shaped.
This door sealing system may comprise a sliding seal or a magnetic seal. Preferably, however, a relative to the housing can be raised and lowered sealing strip is present in the housing. This preferably moves automatically when closing and opening the door leaf, in particular by means of a unilaterally projecting actuating rod.

The invention will be explained below with reference to a preferred embodiment, to which, however, it should not be limited, and with reference to the drawings. In the drawing, a preferred embodiment is shown. A door seal 1 has a housing 10 in the form of a guide rail made of metal, in particular aluminum. In this housing 10, a sealing strip is arranged, which with respect to the housing 10 is automatically raised and lowered. The corresponding actuating mechanism is arranged in the housing 10 and not visible in the drawing. Known mechanisms can be used. In Fig. 2, a one-sided projecting actuating rod 13 is visible, which is present when closing the door leaf on the door frame and thus triggers the mechanism for lowering the sealing strip.
The sealing strip has a carrier rail 11 and an elastome-res sealing profile 12 arranged thereon. The door seal 1 and in particular the sealing strip can also be designed differently.
According to the invention, at least one holding or mounting bracket 2 is present, which is arranged in an end region of the housing 10. Here, such mounting brackets 2 are arranged in both end regions. They are identical in this example.
The mounting bracket 2 is clearly visible in Figures 4 to 6. It is preferably formed in one piece. It has a first leg 20 and a second leg 21. The two legs 20, 21 are approximately, preferably arranged exactly at a right angle to each other.

The attachment is preferably by means of screws or nails. The second leg 21 may also be plate-shaped and in particular holes or a retaining tab for attachment to an upper wall 101 of the housing 10 have. Preferably, however, it has an upper bracket 210 and a lower bracket 211, between which the upper wall 101 of the housing 10 is held. The two brackets 201, 211 preferably run at least approximately parallel to one another. The lower bracket 211 is shorter in this example than the upper bracket 210.
